Whiteboards get wiped. Radios get missed. Spreadsheets go stale the second someone closes the tab. TASc6 is the one thing at your depot that's always current — because everyone's looking at the same live data, not their own copy of it.
Bay status lives on a whiteboard that's only accurate until someone forgets to update it.
Dispatch finds out a trailer's ready by walking over, radioing, or waiting for a phone call.
Security logs gate events on paper, then someone re-keys it later — if it happens at all.
Every role is working from a slightly different, slightly stale picture of the same depot.
Bay status updates the instant a Loader allocates a trailer — everyone sees it immediately.
Dispatch sees a trailer go "ready" the second it's logged, no walking or waiting required.
Security logs a gate event once, from a screen built for exactly that job.
Every role reads from the same live system — there's only one version of what's happening.
Drag a trailer straight onto an empty bay. The map is colour-coded the same way your team already talks about a depot — no new vocabulary to learn.
Route confirmations and departure tracking in one table, updated the moment Loader or Shunter changes a trailer's status — not five minutes later.
Inbound and outbound events logged straight into the same system everyone else is reading — no paper log to re-key at the end of a shift.
A short, clear task list — from bay, to bay — built to be read on a phone or tablet between moves, not a full desktop dashboard.
Trailers, users, bays, sites and trailer types in one place, with an audit log behind it — the only role that needs the full picture, and the only one that gets it.
The role names in the section above are how most sites are already set up, not a fixed rulebook. Every task TASc6 can perform — allocating a bay, confirming where a trailer's parked, logging a gate event, anything else on this page — can be handed to whichever member of your team already does that job at your depot.
No problem. If your gate team is who actually decides where an inbound trailer goes, we give their screen the same bay-allocation tool the Loader role normally uses.
Also no problem. If it makes more sense for Dispatch to log a trailer's final position than for the Shunter to, that task moves to their screen instead.
This isn't a future roadmap promise — it's how every TASc6 build already starts. Tell us who does what at your depot, and we configure TASc6 around your procedures, not the other way round.

TASc6 is licensed per site on a simple annual term — no per-seat pricing to justify to finance, no surprise invoices mid-year. A license key activates the install; when it's due for renewal, TASc6 tells you before it lapses, not after.
Need something bespoke? If your depot has a workflow or a screen that doesn't quite fit the standard build, we can tailor TASc6 to match it. No more making your operation fit to an off the shelf solution — talk to us about what you need.
Tell us how your site's laid out and we'll show you the exact screens your team would use.
